I’m a seasoned tactician who thrives at getting things done. My top skill is bringing commercial focus to large, complex engineering projects. I excel at identifying, procuring and managing profitable opportunities. These skills are all centered around working with customers, regulators, lawyers, engineers and internal clients to build relationships and negotiate commercial deals.

Over my career, I’ve closed eight power-plant projects and two Power Purchase Agreements. Each of these is the low-cost supplier or was otherwise financially advantaged. Technologies considered are natural-gas, clean coal, hydroelectric, wind, solar, transmission and battery storage. Development projects are greenfield, brownfield or acquisitions. Have completed projects within market structures including rate-regulated, bi-lateral, merchant and “inside-the-fence.”
